FEATURED JOB OPENING: Live-In / Resident Franchise Hotel Manager Position for Couple - South Lake Tahoe, CA

Looking for a highly motivated General Manager husband/wife team to operate our 45-unit franchise motel in South Lake Tahoe.
5 minutes walk to Lake Tahoe beach, 5 minutes drive to Heavenly ski resort, our motel is a worldwide brand, part of the Wyndham Group.

This is a 100% hands on position requiring you to be hard working, honest, very dependable and customer-oriented.
You must be able to perform on a daily basis all front desk duties. 
You will also supervise the housekeepers and maintenance personnel(and occasionally chime in as needed).
You will handle all situations (from maintenance issues to unhappy customers) promptly and gracefully.
Your "can do!, will do!" attitude will get the daily job done.

This is a live-in, year-round position. 7AM-11PM with a night bell for Emergencies. 

Scheduled time off: four 8-hour shifts/per couple/per month. After one year you will also get a one-week vacation.

Included is lodging in the living quarters adjacent to the reception desk: a 1000 sf, 1 bedroom suite with wood-burning fireplace in the living room.
