We are a small campground just off I-95 in Four Oaks, NC, that has a small 10 room motel, campground and mobile home park that has a total of 35 mixed use sites and 10 primitive tent sites. We are looking for Work Campers that can help us in making our continued transition to a campground Resort. We have several projects underway and will need a dedicated individual/couple to help with this transition.

 

We are located on HWY 301 between Smithfield and Four Oaks, NC. Raleigh and Fayetteville are only about 40 minutes away. Maintenance Work Campers must provide our guests with an experience beyond their expectations! Maintenance duties include escorting guests to their sites for check-ins, general maintenance, resort cleanup, trash pick-up, restroom maintenance, mobile home maintenance and cleaning, cottage maintenance and cleaning, mowing, trimming, landscaping which could include digging, carpentry, plumbing and electrical would be a plus, and various projects and other duties as needed, plus volunteering to help with special events.

 

Work Camper position is for trade of 30 hours per week, which is five 6 hour shifts per week and these shifts can be divided in any combination for Work camper couples. 

Compensation is for your accommodations which include a full hookup site for a couple only. including utilities, two propane tanks (up to 40#) each month, $20 laundry credit, and a 10% General Store discount, free Cable TV, but does NOT include pay. 2 Dogs are allowed but no aggressive breed.
