MOBILE HOME PARK MANAGEMENT TEAM needed for 400+ lot manufactured home community in SE Las Vegas. 

Must have experience with management of large mobile home parks or apartment complexes. / Experience with local , state and federal laws and regulations. Must have experience with computer programs, MS Word and Excel, bookkeeping. Office and staff management and hiring and managing staff as well as experience with marketing and collections, motivation of staff and legal issues such as collection and evictions and dealing with resident issues. Should have experience with construction and repair to quickly and efficiently “turn units” Basic skills with construction, electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, etc.
