Seeking Property Manager couple to handle the day-to-day responsibiities of our mobile home community.
Duties include:
Resident relations and retention, show prospective tenants homes and lots, collect rent and home paymets, make rent deposit
Communicate tenant status to corporate office, complete status change forms, weekly/period reports to corporate office
Provide notices for late rent, rules & regulations violations, appear in court on behalf of the Company in regard to evictions
Oversee maintenance and refurb procedures, oversee selling/advertising of Company owned homes
Enforce all rules and regulations established by Company, responsible for overall appearance of community
Provide superior customer service
Previous multi-unit property management experience is helpful though not a requirement. Successful candidates must be comfortable in using a computer or other digital devices such as a camera. Use of email, fax and sanning equiment is necessary, so knowledge of this equipment is a definite plus. Must be detailed oriented, able to multi-task, and communicate effectively with supervisors and corporate staff as well as residents. Willingness to relocate to our community a PLUS!
