PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COUPLE - Jacksonville, FL

Need a COUPLE/TEAM to live on-site, managing state-of-the-art self storage property. One position is 40-hrs/wk, One position is 20-hrs/wk.

You MUST have proven self storage, apartment or mobile home/RV community experience AS A TEAM to be considered for this position. THIS IS NOT FOR A SINGLE PERSON.

You need to be people-oriented, with excellent leasing abilities, collections and banking experience. Cleaning of vacated storage units to ready them for rent and other light maintenance also required. Able to market the property to surrounding businesses.

Combined compensation package of approximately $41,000/yr to include competitive pay, monthly bonus incentive, live on-site in Free company apartment with utilities provided, health insurance, vacation and other benefits.
