Facility Management Team - Sanford, NC

Southeast Management Company is looking for self-motivated couples as managers for a new storage facility located in Sanford, North Carolina.

Duties and responsibilities of the job include customer service, retail sales, marketing, budget and expense control, debt collection, basic computer knowledge/skills, rate management, property maintenance.

This is a Full time position with a competitive benefit package, including health, dental, life insurance and 401k plan, paid holidays and paid time off. The position DOES NOT HAVE onsite housing. For management team positions, both applicants must qualify.
