Husband/Wife - Maintenance and Property Manager for well established RV Park - San Jose, CA

Our client is a national property management firm specializing in manufactured home communities and RV Parks. They are seeking an experienced couple/husband-wife team to oversee the management and maintenance of this well-kept RV park located in the San Jose area. This opportunity includes a strong base pay and free housing/utilities - 3 bed/2bath home.

EXPERIENCE WITHIN THE MOBILE HOME AND/OR RV SPACE IS A MUST. PROPERTY MANAGER: o Previous property management experience in the mobile home and or RV space is a must. Experience with Rent Manager a plus o Excellent computer skills. Experience with Rent Manager or similar software is a plus. o Outgoing personality, able to multi-task o Experience managing people
