Management Team for Self-Storage Facility - Santa Clarita Valley, CA
We are looking for a self-storage resident management team couple, for immediate hire, who is energetic, professional, outgoing self-starters with the ability to multi-task, self-direct and manage the day-to-day operations of a 700+ unit self-storage facility.
Minimum 2 years experience. Must have general working knowledge of a PC and be familiar with Word, Excel, and self-storage management software. Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to perform collections. Normal maintenance, upkeep, and appearance of facility is required.
Resident management team couple must live on-site, be available to work weekends, have high school diplomas, current valid California's driver licenses, be bondable, and be able to pass background and credit check.
