Live-In Apartment Caretakers - Trail, BC

A couple is needed immediatley for a well mainteained 30-unit adult only apartment building in Trail, BC

As the successful candidates, your responsibilites will include, but are not limited too:

• Must live on-site
• Cleaning and maintenance of interior common areas
• Ensuring tenant requests are fulfilled and dealt with in a timely manner
• Responsible for minor bulding maintenance and repairs
• Minor electrical, plumbing and mechanical repairs
• Respond to after hour emergencies
• Showing of vacant suites as required
• Making sure that vacated suites are clean and available for the next tenant as soon as possible

Compensation based on experience.
