Family Owned Self Storage Facility seeking Live-in Management Team - Cypress, TX

We are a locally owned Self Storage facility located in the Houston Metro area. We are currently accepting resumes for a management team (team of two/couple).  If you enjoy providing excellent customer service, hardworking and take pride in meeting and exceeding your customer's needs, this position is for you. We believe that our managers and assistants are the most important part of the success of our store.

Our Managers oversee the daily operations of the storage facility and are responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Customer service and sales are a top priority
- Do you have an upbeat personality and a natural "A" game communicating with people?
- Maintain store appearance, product presentation and storage area cleanliness.
- Property maintenance, landscaping and minor repairs/PM (painting, cleaning, sweeping, changing lights etc...)
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Oversee training and development of Assistant Manager
- Create and establish tenant relations through leasing, customer billings and accounts, preparing reports, maintaining tenant compliance with property policy.
- Accounting duties including tenant rent collections, late notices, daily accounting reconciliation and cash management
- Work closely with the Owner regarding leasing, operations, marketing, accounting and financial performance

Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in retail sales, apartment management self-storage, sales or customer service
- Computer literate: Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook. 
- Must have a flexible schedule to work weekends 
- Must pass background check

Compensation and Benefits:
- Monthly salary + Potential quarterly bonus
- Onsite Apartment/House w/paid utilities- Paid vacation (10 days per year) and holidays
