Experienced Husband/Wife Hotel Management Couple Needed ASAP - Walden, CO

Our Inn & Suites is looking for a husband and wife team that has all the skills to operate a 38 unit hotel that sleeps 140 people. We are seeking 2 people that are honest, dependable, heathy, hard working, have good customer service, detail oriented, organized, and can manage  the day to day operations.

We are seeking 2 people that have a minimum of 1 year hotel management experience (all daily operations of the hotel), and hotel  maintenance experience. Housekeepers in place. This is a year-round position. Non-smokers. We are located at 8100' elevation. Must be in good heatlh.We are looking to start training in 30 days or less. Hours are 7a.m. -midnight, 6 days /wk. One 8 hour shift off weekly, and every 3 months- 2 days off. After a year- an additional 1 week vacation. Training is 40 hrs/wk, $26/couple. After training, living quarters are included-3bed/2bath, 1350 sq' house. After training- $5,800/month/couple. Would like someone that is looking for a long term commitment.
