Senior Mobilehome Community in 100+ mobile homes needs a positive, friendly two person management team. We are seeking a couple for this position, not just one person .
Experience managing an apartment complex, mobile home park, RV park, or mini storage would be preferred, but not required . We are looking for a team with strong people and customer service skills, and related work experience that can be used in these positions.
Some skills required:
- computer skills that include typing scanning, emailing, and internet searching.
- familiar with Quickbooks to generate residents monthly bills
-distribute bills and notices to residents
-deposit rents
- meet with prospective residents to process applications for tenancy, and determine acceptability for tenancy with help from the regional property manager.
- routine park maintenance such as cleaning and maintenance office park office, restrooms, laundry room, streets, and RV storage yard.
-Painting, light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills
You will be interacting with our residents and assisting them with heir questions and concerns regarding the park. You will be responsible for ensuring restrooms and laundry facilities are clean and ready for resident use every day.

Compensation for this position includes lodging, utilities, plus a combined salary per month, depending on the demonstrated skills and abilities of the couple.
