Looking for a trustworthy reliable couple to manage a 55+ senior community in Tucson Arizona. Approximately 100 homesites grace this gated community. On site housing and utilities are provided along with a small salary. This is a dream job for the right couple, a low key work environment.

Must have great people skills (experience with seniors peferred) Property is operating smoothly and no need to re-invent the wheel. Major projects have been recently completed so the property requires minimal amount of ongoing maintenance.

Most important is a friendly face with the ability to effieciently manage the office and foster great community relationships. Majority of these residents are long standing resdients of this community and have seen many managers come and go over the course of 30 years. We are interested in a couple wanting a long term position with a great family business. No big corporate enviorment to deal with here.
