We are looking for a self storage resident management team couple for immediate hire to run a four story, 1,000+ unit, facility in the Museum District/Medical Center area in Houston, TX.

This is a first class facility with only climate controlled storage units and wine storage. All units are individually alarmed and use cylinder locks. This facility also features video surveillance, light sensors, music in hallways and keypad entry to each floor. The office was designed by an interior designer. This is a newly constructed facility, opened in 2014. It's almost completely stabilized with an average occupancy of 88%. No truck rentals.
