FEATURED JOB OPENING: Building Maintenance Couple - Wheatland, WY

Ranch-minded couple needed for long term hire on an expansive private ranch in the Laramie Mountain Range of southeast Wyoming.  We are looking for a maintenance man and a cleaning woman.  There is a large, luxurious main residence and wing, as well as several outbuildings and structures that will need to be maintained and upgraded.  The applicants will be responsible for overseeing all systems within the home with preventative maintenance always in mind.   They will also work with outside contractors/vendors to care for the home.

Full, detail oriented cleaning is required.  Applicants must have experience implementing zone cleaning systems to ensure all areas of the home are detail-cleaned on a regular basis and are ready for occupancy at all times during the high-use season.

Limited off season meal preparation, shopping, etc., will be needed when a summer chef is not on site.  Applicants must be fit and willing to help with physical demands, including helping during wildfire season. 

Applicants will also provide grounds keeping on this rustic yet elegant property.  There are two streams that enter into a pond, water features, sprinkling systems and various walking paths and patios that need to be maintained.  In addition, applicants will plant annuals and maintain perennials with an aesthetic and detailed eye.

Couple team must be comfortable living in the mountains year round and be comfortable in an isolated environment.  They must embrace this lifestyle and take pride in their work.  They need to be able to work alone, but also be comfortable taking direction from the ranch managers and working with a team.  This is not a management position.
