Our Inn & Suites is seeking a highly motivated, outgoing, hard working, detailed oriented, honest, can multi-task,  management couple to run a 38 unit hotel that sleeps 140 in Walden, CO.  Maintenance experience a must. (jack of all trades)

We are seeking a couple with hotel management & maintenance experience. We have 38 units and we sleep 140. Jackson County is 1500 people, so you must enjoy living in a smaller community. Non-smokers. Must be in good health and be able to live at 8,100 ft elevation. Must be available to start in July. 3bed/2 bath house included, all utilites paid. $5,833.33/month/couple. Housekeeping staff in place. Call for full job details. Background check and drug testing required. The couple will train the last 2 weeks of July and take over August 1st. It is a interim job unitl December 1st.
