A family is looking for a Guardian/Domestic Couple to take care of their second residence located near Draguignan, Var, South of France.
The family resides in the estate mainly at weekends, during school holidays and especially in the summer.
The property is approximately 250 m2 and located in a large estate which includes a pool house and another house for a domestic couple.
Family is looking for an experienced, organised couple, able to work on a flexible schedule. Start –ASAP.
Requirements
Duties and responsibilities
Domestic Couple will manage the estate. Gardener comes once a week to take care of the garden.

Accommodation
Separate house of 80 m2, consisting of 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room is provided. The house is fully furnished and renovated, with heating and air conditioning. Family will take care of all the financial costs, except telephone and internet charges.
Car
A couple is allowed to use an official car only during working hours
Schedule
To be agreed with the employer, work at weekends while the family resides in the estate
Salary for the couple
Approximately 3 000 euros net per month

Duties and responsibilities
Domestic Couple will manage the estate. Gardener comes once a week to take care of the garden.
Husband
- Care for the park (mowing the lawn and hedges, cleaning, lawn care)
- Cleaning of the area
- Pool maintenance
- Maintenance of tractor and garden supplies
- Maintenance of two family vehicles (Jeep and Van)
- Minor repair housework and painting
- Control of the alarm system and video surveillance
- Performing the duties of a private family chauffeur
- Table and wine serving
- Monitoring the work of contractors
- Purchasing of newspapers
Wife
- Housekeeping
- Laundry and ironing
- Babysitting (a boy) when parents are absent
- Cooking (traditional French and Mediterranean cuisine)
- Shopping for groceries and cleaning agents
- Shopping for fresh food in the market
- Inventory management
- Financial reporting as well as budget planning
- Table service
- Cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner when the family resides in the house
