Assistant Manager Couple wanted for Manufactured Home and RV community in Tanner, Al.

Looking for a couple interested in building a community.  We have a 149+ acre, 390+ site community with a diverse resident population.  Our goal is to increase the occupancy and heighten community involvement. Position involves all aspects of the daily operation of the community.  We have a clubhouse, laundry, showers, well and lagoon septic system to maintain.  In addition to the office work of rental payments, applications, events and general office duties, there is ongoing maintenance, upgrades and additions to the community.  Carpentry, landscaping, office, electrical and plumbing skills are helpful.  Ability to work in an outside environment is critical.

The position is Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm with an hour lunch.  There is rotational on call duties that are shared between the manager couple and the assistant managers.
