Chef & Front of House Couple - Glenlivet, Scottish Highlands, UK

We are a Traditional Highland Inn situated on the edge of the Cairngorm National Park. We are looking to recruit a Chef and a Front of House Couple for the season (March - Sept 2016).

The Chef will be responsible for the complete control of the kitchen including the preparation of quality Breakfasts, Lunches and Evening Meals using locally sourced fresh produce, the enforcement of all Health & Hygiene Regulations, menu planning, cost control and budgets, stock ordering etc.

The Front of House duties are of a more general nature ie; Greeting Customers, Waiting Tables, Bar Tending, taking food and drink orders, cash handling and most importantly looking after ALL of the customers making sure they enjoyed their visit to The Croft Inn.

Accommodation will be the sole use of one of our fully furnished Holiday Homes including Sattelite TV, Wi Fi Internet etc.

Applicants must speak and understand the English Language, have the necessary work permits (if from outside the EU) and be prepared to complete the FULL season. Have previous experience in a similar environment.

All meals supplied whilst on duty. Wages are dependent on experience and are paid weekly.
