FEATURED JOB OPENING: Ranch Gardening Handyman on 35 Beautiful Acres - N Cal, CA

We are offering an opportunity to live  with us on our beautiful privately owned 35 acre farm  in the foothills of California. It is amassing here  but as we age we  need help in maintaining her beauty.  The work is hard and sometimes long hours but just being here and enjoying the beauty is so worth it.

We are in a water rich area with many lakes and rivers close by for fishing and water sports to enjoy on your days off. 

We need a strong,self motivated  hardworking couple (2 people only )  who truly enjoy working outside in all weather. Must absolutely love animals  (Although the animal care s a very small part of this job I adore my babies and this is so important to me).

Some of your responsibilities will be: Mowing ,weed eating,irrigation,fence mending,cutting firewood ,general clean up / keeping things tidy,Handyman repairs on our houses,house cleaning. . Helping with our herb garden .

Being organized yet flexible and roll with life is important .There will be daily chores, there will be  projects come up and you will get pulled off one job to do another and some days it will be up to you to look around and see what needs to be  mowed/fixed.  Sometimes you be working under us and need to take direction well and sometimes stepping up to "owner" responsibleness.   We need a couple that has experience in this type of life. 

We would love to plan a shared veggie garden, plant more fruit trees and although I can not kill my chickens would be happy to share  eggs and allow some harvesting of chickens for meat. 

I have dogs  chickens and horses which will need care when I am gone .Must be comfortable with and want to spoil my  4 150 pound  loving dogs,100  chickens and 4 old horses and be . 

This job includes a  2 bedroom 2 bath mobile home .I does not have a fenced yard so if your dogs are approved that may be your first job.. Our homes are modest but the land is so so beautiful.  .No drug/alcohol dependencies
