There is an outstanding opportunity for a Husband/Wife, Maintenance-Property Management team for the beautifully established mobile home community in St. Peter, MN. ATTRACTIVE COMPENSATION THAT INCLUDES HOUSING! $42,000 - $45,000/YR for Both Employees

REQUIREMENTS: Property Manager: Must have at least 3 years of property management experience for apartment or mobile home community with a strong technical aptitude. Maintenance Tech: Strong plumbing experience, landscaping experience, able to operate a mini-excavator (see pic attached) for basic grading and plumbing repairs on as-needed basis
