We are seeking a live-in caretaker team for a fabulous building located in Minneapolis.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is available week days during business hours. Duties include cleaning of common areas, maintenance, and limited management and on-call responsibilities. No leasing, cleaning or painting of units is required. This is a great role for a couple seeking a permanent position in a pleasant atmosphere. We are seeking conscientious, responsible and personable teams who enjoy working independently, have an eye for detail and mechanical aptitude.
