This motivated team player(s) will take a hands-on approach in any necessary duties to accomplish objectives; their performance is crucial in maximizing the successful operation of the property. Experience in property management preferred, must have customer service experience, and good computer skills. Applicants should be emotionally mature, well organized, efficient, and diplomatic. Extroverts encouraged to apply. Please do NOT apply unless you have substantial experience in these areas.
REQUIREMENTS: Live on-site in a management providedhousing and have computer & maintenance skills! We offer excellent compensation for a motivated team & possible advancement opportunities. Background check required, which includes credit, criminal and eviction history.
Responsibilities are but not limited to: Answer telephone and give out proper information. Handle all calls, complaints, problems. Notify Tenants when their children, pets, Guests or Visitors are in violation of Rules/Lease. Give out proper notices to Tenants as needed. Keep an accurate listing of any and all money taken in, what is still due and owed. Give out proper receipts. Keep Tenants files updated, organize and/or reorganize as needed. Know RCW Laws and Park Rules. Be a buffer between Owner & Tenant Send out Rent raises to each Tenant as per Owners instruction. Show and RENT mobile spaces. Attend meetings to keep current on up-dated laws, to learn more to do a better job. Prepare papers for court. Attend court cases. Make daily bank deposits for Company Buy supplies when needed. Keep a current listing of Petty Cash in accounts. Make daily entries into computer. Scan and transmit documents via internet. Check Leases for expiration dates and have Tenants re-sign. Keep maintenance informed of repairs needed. Be ahead of yourself and stop problems before they become bigger problems. Keep records and paper work as needed.
Mow, water, trim, landscape, plant flowers, shrubbery and etc. as needed. Pick up papers, cans, garbage, leaves, debris in and around parks, roadways, pathways and around garbage areas. Keep parking area clean. Keep park owned storage areas clean and up to code. Paint and do light maintenance as needed.
