FEATURED JOB OPENING: Resident Self Storage Management Team - Hermon, ME

Odlin Sun Storage is seeking a Residential Self Storage Manager to manage a 69 unit storage facility in Hermon Maine.

Salaried position with an on-site 3 bedroom house available for reduced rent. (Utilities are included).  The position requires about 20 -25 hours per week of on-site time. This is a Great Opportunity for someone who works from home, is retired, or requires flexible work hours and/or supplemental income.

Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

Leasing storage space

Timely collection of rent and fees

Maintenance of self storage facility and grounds

Preparaton of letters and documentation relating to auction process

Marketing to local business and the community  

Daily and monthly reporting to corporate office

Desired Qualifications:

Prior self storage experience

Superior Customer Service Skills

Strong organizational skills

Computer experience (knowledge of site link a plus)

Strong Communication Skills

Positive Can Do Attitude

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Enthusiasm, flexibility, and a strong drive to succeed
