Resident Live In Manager Couple - Eloy, AZ

Need highly energetic couple as live in manager for a mid size motel. 

Should be able to work as a team and do multitasking. Knowledge of maintenance work is a plus. Hire housekeepers and check rooms as per standard. Computer knowledge is good but can train on our system. Answering calls, taking reservations , checking in walk in customers. The desired couple would be willing to get the job done. Sending audit reports on daily basis to the Main office. Marketing experience is a plus to get more customers from companies working in the area like trucking companies , corporate travel etc. 

We provide live in apartment and all utilities paid as a perk. The salary will be based on performace and revenue generated. The base salary will be from the range of 2000-2800 per month plus commission on the reveneus generated. 

Should be able to work independently and as a team. This is a 24 hour live manager position so team work is a must. At any given time one person has to be at the property. 

We need to fill in this position in 2 weeks. Interview wil be held at Eloy, AZ location. This is a urgent fullfillment position.
