Seeking couple with handyman, housekeeping and BnB skills to run home and attract AIRBnb guests in Gainesville, Florida. Must have verifyable refrences, pass a credit and criminal background and eligible to sign a legal agreement with scope of work details and responsibilities. DIY ( Do it yourself-ers) are welcome and given first priority. This is a 5 bedroom , 3.5 home  and is 3,100+ square feet with major storage space, closets. It currently has a vintage feel and look.
