Forest Service Volunteer Campground Hosts, George Washington National Forest: Trout Pond Recreation Area - Wardensville, WV

The George Washington National Forest is looking for enthusiastic volunteers who enjoy the outdoors and the national forest.!

Are you interested in serving as a Volunteer Campground Hosts at the Trout Pond Recreation Area located near Wardensville, WV?

Trout Pond Recreation Area boasts two beautiful lakes: Rock Cliff Lake and Trout Pond, a swim beach, boat ramp, playground, picnic area and 50 site campground.

Host Duties:

Provide information and assistance to campers; prepare campsites for next visitors; maintain bathrooms, staff entrance station, light maintenance as needed, and assist with campground reservations. 

Volunteers receive full hookups and partial uniform
