CARETAKER COUPLE Position for Mature Couple in Durango CO.   

Seeking a mature Couple with excellent references to live on property in a 2 bedroom separate home (fully furnished) in return for grounds maintenance and housekeeping.  "Summer and Winter"

We have grown children , grandchildren and friends who visit.  The Job requires 40 hours a week (20 hours per person) working together for basic chores in exchange for housing, all utilities and Direct TV.  Addition work will be compensated accordingly.  Should be debt free and have some outside income.  This position must have good health, be energetic and meticulous in maintaining the house and property.  Additional skills include hospitality skills, cooking, ironing, knowledge of mechanics, carpentry, dirt bikes, ATV's, snowmobile, snow removal in winter and operation of 416C Cat Backhoe.  $1,300.00 salary per month plus a tank of gas.
