Full Time Live in Property Managers need for a 42 unit motel. Prior motel/hotel management experience needed. The majority of the position is customer service and small maintenance. This person should be a self-starter/motivated starter who completes projects efficiently and in a timely manner and is organized, dependable, friendly and outgoing, demonstrating an eye for detail.

We are seeking someone who displays strong social skills working effectively with a broad variety of people as well as working cohesively with the owner and fellow employees. Cleaning and property maintenance is a major part of the duties involved and pool maintenance certification preferred or must be willing to become pool certified. Also included is grounds keeping: lawn work, sweeping, snow removal.

Additional job requirements include, but are not limited to supervising check-ins and check-outs of customers. Monitoring security of the property. Computer knowledge of motel/hotel property management programs. Please send a current resume.
