Retired Couple wanted - Maintenance/Grounds Keeper - Central Oregon Coast , OR

Looking for a retired couple to live on the premises and perform general maintenance, grounds upkeep and to operate light equipment.  Cottage furnished, all utilities included.  This is a year round position.   Privately owned property located on the Central Oregon Coast.
