FEATURED JOB OPENING: 4-Star Mobile Home Park. Stable Community. Easy To Manage. Part-time flex-time work - Dayton (Miamisburg), OH

We are a 90-space 90%-occupied community in Miamisburg, OH (suburb of Dayton). All residents are responsible adults and own their own mobile homes.  No park-owned homes or home renters.  Family community, no criminals in park.  Community is on city water and sewer.  No pool, vending machines, or common areas to maintain.  Super-easy park to manage part time.  

We need a manager(s) who can:

+ Collect rents and deposit them using our check scanner - right from your desk.  No need to go to bank

+ Read the water meters and bill tenants for their usage

+ Enforce park rules

+ Send emails with attachments from your smart phone

If you can also help with maintenance, that's additional pay for additional work, but is not required as part of the core manager(s)' job. 

About the community:

+ 90 pads

+ All pads on city water / city sewer (no well/septic)

+ 90% occupied with responsible residents

+ Ability to operate mowers and lawn care equipment

+ Proven ability to oversee a maintenance/construction team

+ Experience in mobile home maintenance is a plus

+ Excited to learn new skills and grow

Compensation includes:

• Free housing (2BR or 3BR newly renovated home)
• Plus $500/month or commensurate with experience
• Plus additional pay for maintenance person, DoE.  We pay market rates for repair work as needed.  But we do also have someone currently helping with maintenance, so if you don't want to do maintenance, don't worry.  Our focus right now is on hiring a manager
