Seeking Self Storage OnSite Management Couple - Greater Spokane Area, WA

I am looking for that dynamic management on-team with previous Self Storage & U-Haul rental experience to manage a small 130+-unit well established self storage facility in Washington State.I am looking for a mature couple who knows what their doing and has the experience to oversee and manage day to day operations.

This job includes basic Self Storage & UHaul facility bookkeeping, transactions and reports, maintenance & seasonal yard work, and running basic snow removal equipment is necessary. U-Haul program a plus, bot not necessary. I would like one person to take care of the office duties and the other to oversee the outside and yard duties. These position requires superior customer service and assistance, so being comfortable with the general public is essential.  Must be in good physical condition , business smart and will be doing background checks, no felons and clean driving record a must. May be required to take periodic drug testing. Excellent professional & former employers references only will be accepted. On-Site apartment, paid utilities, paid vacation are provided with this position.
