We are an 89-space 100%-occupied community in Green River, WY.  All residents are responsible adults and own their own mobile homes.  No park-owned homes or home renters.  Family community, no criminals in park.  Community is on city water and sewer.  No pool, vending machines, or common areas to maintain.  Super-easy park to manage part time.  Near Flaming Gorge National Recreaction Area (great camping, hunting).

We need a manager(s) who can:

+ Collect rents and deposit them using our check scanner - right from your desk.  No need to go to bank

+ Is, or can become, water certified (an afternoon's worth of classwork) to be able to take water samples and drive them over to the local DEQ office

+ Read the water meters and bill tenants for their usage

+ Enforce park rules

If you can also help with maintenance, that's additional pay for additional work, but is not required as part of the manager(s)' job.

+ Proven ability to oversee a maintenance/construction team
+ Experience in mobile home maintenance is a plus
+ Excited to learn new skills and grow

Compensation includes:

+ Free large doublewide 3BR/2BA mobile home, newly renovated
+ Plus $1,500/month or commensurate with experience

+ Plus pay for maintenance person, DoE.  We pay market rates for repair work as needed.  But we do also have someone currently helping with maintenance, so if you don't want to do maintenance, don't worry.  Our focus right now is to hire a manager.
