FEATURED JOB OPENING: Mobile Home Property Management - Sumter, SC

Heritage Financial Group is a large property management firm with properties located in 6 states.

We are currently seeking a couple with a minimum of 2 years prior experince for a 270-site property in Sumter SC.

Must be willing to LIVE ON SITE in company provided home as part of benefit package.

Position requires excellent communication skills with current & potential residents, contractors, finance company and corporate office.

Prior sales experience a must for sale of community owned mobile homes.

Must be able to walk property for inspections as well as show potential residents homes available for purchase.

Understanding of water meters and billing.

Ability to read & understand P & L statements and budget guidelines.

Base salary + bonus/commission structure; group medical/dental, matching 401K program.
