Our client is a very busy person that needs two property managers, a two-person team for a Residential property! One primarily full time, on call at all times. The other person would be part time.
Our client is bicoastal that has a house in Los Angeles, New York and in Aspen Colorado.
They are seeking a highly ethical, experienced Property Management Team with appropriate experience and a proven track record of operating effectively across functional boundaries, building and sustaining external and internal relationships while using seasoned judgment coupled with integrity. Candidate must have the ability to thoroughly understand financial details.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· THIS IS A TWO PERSON JOB, PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAM
· Property Manager will oversee vendors including housekeeping, landscape, maintenance, etc.
· Property Manager will handle guest needs during the visit including transportation, catering, and special event planning.
· Property Manager lives on site to oversee security and guest services. Contracts with security patrol service; installing and maintaining security devices; establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures; responds to emergencies.
· Accepts ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments and maintain the budget.
· Position will also include general oversight, concierge services, and driving principle & guests.
