Semi-Retired Part Time Caretakers Couple - Hunting Valley, OH

Looking for a semi-retired couple to assist in general maintenance, including painting, wall paper, fixing plumbing, heating and electrical, and outside maintenance like leaf blowing.  Owner will assist as well as he is a retired contractor.  The femaile caretaker will assist in cleaning, windows and weeding flower beds.  Hours are 8-16 hours a week but flexible.

There is no monetary compensaton or health benefits but there is a free one+ bedroom townhouse with a garage and paid for utilities.  The townhouse is new with stainless steel appliances of approximately 1200 sq ft. separate from the main house. 

The caretaker couple is free to work off-sit for additional income.
