Live-in Nanny / Housekeeper and Maintenance - Pueblo West, CO

We are seeking a full time, live-in, Spanish speaking couple to provide housekeeping, caretaking, and home maintainece for a fun and outgoing (but busy) family. You must be friendly, happy, honest and trust worthy - please no drugs or drama!

Primary Responsbilities:

     -  Keeping the house clean and organized

     -  Help with family pets

     -  Help prepare some meals

     -  Home maintenance / repairs as needed

     -  Help with yard maintenance during the warmer months, and occassional snow removal / wood cutting in the winter

We enjoy authentic Mexican meals, but also love to cook. Large, 400 sq ft studio space on private floor with sofa seating area, 2 desk / work spaces, and en suite bath in nice home with an easy going family. DirecTV and internet also provided. This position povides room / board and both of you may have outside employment. We do have three grand children ages: 6, 5,and 6 months which may need after school and care at other times. Providing care for them would include additional compensation.

We are only interested in someone that has the intention of a long term position and becoming part of our family. Work days / times can be flexible but would primarily include weekends at this time. We want someone that does not mind spending time with us in the evenings, practicing English, teaching us Spanish, preparing meals together, watching movies, family outings, etc. Our house is a great place to call home with a caring and loving family.
