We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic with great communication MOBILE HOME COMMUNITY TEAM located in Rossville, GA only located south from Chattanooga, TN.
We are looking to employ long-term employees with a great COMMUNICATION SKILLS and have a HANDS-ON APPROACH, be a self-starter. As well as have LOYALTY and have a POSITIVE ATTITUDE.
Position provides team a HOME TO LIVE-IN with PAID water, sewer, trash and $50 credit towards electricity PLUS Semimonthly COMPENSATION for a total of $800.00-$1,300 per couple. Opportunity for bonuses are available.
REQUIREMENTS: It is PREFERRED that applicants APPLY as a TEAM! Work hours are a during normal weekday hours with weekends off (except as needed for appointments and possible emergencies, or things that need immediate attention). Individuals must possess an attitude of self-motivation, problem-solving and hands-on approach to the task and objectives of the moment. Tasks include, but not limited to trimming trees and shrubs; contacting the appropriate contractor in the event of an emergency; overseeing all aspects of the community.
We are a small park with only 16 current tenants and does not take a full-time work schedule to manage the park. We have the potential of becoming a bigger park with bringing in mobile homes and renovating.
RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to: Rent Collection, Maintain organized files of residents (all originals must be mailed to corporate office), Enforce park rules, Provide notices of violations and assist evictions (as needed) , Investigations complaints, disturbances and violations and be able to resolve problems accordingly and efficient, Manage and record of petty cash, communicate with Owner and Regional Manager as needed, Coordinate with Vendors and Evaluate their performance, routinely inspect grounds, and provide acquisition forms and work orders, as directed. Some remodeling for vacant or newly acquired mobile homes. Basic repairs/updates for tenants such as installing garbage disposal, painting, etc.
Applicants must pass a background check and credit check, as well. Applicants must be able to follow directions.
Basic computer skills is a must to access emails, create basic documents, etc. and be able to receive/send fax. Applicants must be able to communicate timely with residents and owners / regional managers.
