Property Managers - Mobile Home Community - Milton, WV

Team of 2 property managers preferred (one office manager, one outside maintenance manager) for a nice Mobile Home Communities in Milton, WV (just 30 miles west of Charleston). Must be good with bookkeeping, rent collection, computer, and general maintenance. This is a full time position.

The Community is roughly 200 spaces with a nice Recreation Center. All residents own and maintain their own mobile homes and maintain their yards.  Must have good steady job and credit history, be self-motivated, determined to do a great job, be strict with policies but very friendly towards people.
