Resident Property Management Team - Pennsauken, NJ

21st Century Storage is seeking an on-site couple to manage 21st Century Storage in Pennsauken, NJ, a premium self storage facility located in south NJ.  Prior self-storage experience is a plus, but is not required. 

Applicants must be highly motivated with a strong work ethic, and must possess outstanding customer service skills.  Critical success factors include great organizational skills, ability to juggle multiple responsibilities, conflict resolution, and the ability to interact with all customer types. 

Candidate wages are based on experience.  Benefits include health care package, 401K, performance bonus, use of a storage unit, vacation time, and major holidays off. 

The primary role is General Manager, with supporting candidate role as Property Manager.  Both roles are 40 hours per week.  Candidates must be able to assess customer needs, rent storage space, collect rent via call campaigns and other methods, prepare units for auction, oversee property cleanliness, and provide tenants a world-class end-to-end experience.
