Property Maintenance Manager(s) - Lemont, IL

Affordable Housing Senior Housing is seeking to hire full-time & part-time staff to provide maintenance at a property. Staff will be responsible for maintenance work orders, landscaping, snow removal, apartment turnovers, etc. 

Applicant(s) must possess patience, a self-starter, and attention to detail.

Full-time staff is expected to work 40 hours per week. Compensation includes FREE HOUSING and $14,400 salary.

Part-time staff is expected to work 20 hours per week. Compensation includes FREE HOUSING.
