Hunting Preserve Operations Manager(s) - Waleska, GA

Full-time hunting preserve manager needed for family-owned 350 acre farm in Waleska, GA, about 50 miles north of Atlanta. Must have hands-on experience and knowledge of wildlife management, farm equipment, farming, and building maintenance/repair. Housing provided on site.

Looking for a year-round, full time operations manager that’s not afraid to make things happen to improve the property and operations. There will occasionally be contract labor to assist, but will be required to work alongside with them.

Preferred candidates would be married. Someone to take care of the day-to-day wildlife, maintenance, farming, and ranch operations as well as another to take care of the kitchen, lodging, gardening, assist staff as needed, and general housekeeping.

The farm holds a duck preserve and during the season you would be required to take care of hospitality of the hunters, maintain a clean environment, and keep to a daily schedule. Knowledge of birds/ducks is a must as this will be a main part of your job.
