FEATURED JOB OPENING: Wilderness Hot Springs Managers - Wilderness area near North Bend Washington, WA

Caretakers needed May 12 through October 15, 2015 Caretaking team wanted for remote wilderness hot springs located in the heart of the Cascade Mountains of Washington State, 30 miles east of North Bend, Washington. Goldmyer Hot Springs is breathtakingly beautiful and off the grid in an old growth forest.

We will consider a couple or 2 person team who have a stable working and living relationship. This caretaking position requires the caretaking team to live together in a small, but well appointed, cabin. There is on site power generation and propane heat. There is limited communication via satellite internet, no television. The position involves being the on site managers for the hot springs property. Duties include, checking in visitors, enforcing rules of use, maintaining the property and facilities and explaining the area to visitors. The successful applicants will be self-reliant , confident individuals who are able to work without direct supervision. The team should have experience with people and managing the public, a mechanical background and knowledge of hand tools.
