Resort Lifestyle Communities, is accepting applications for Couples who will manage our luxurious, independent living retirement communities.  This position is designed for couples who will live on site and provide management oversight of the community, maintain a high level of resident satisfaction for residents, their families and guests and maintain occupancy levels. If you possess strong management skills, have a passion for working with a senior population, enjoy a challenge and know how to get things done through other people we would like to talk to you.  

RESPONSIBILITIES include: management of the retirement community, including all aspects of operations; hire, manage and motivate community staff;  follow the approved operating budget; ensure that day-to-day building and grounds maintenance is addressed; respond to emergency calls from residents and take appropriate action; ensure the continuous operation of the community and perform any staff duties necessary.

 QUALIFICATIONS include: Ability to successfully communicate verbally and in writing in a positive and enthusiastic manner. Previous experience managing a budget and interpreting data from financial and performance reports; public relations skills; previous work experience with seniors and/or administration and management of an organization; ability to hire, train and motivate staff; basic computer knowledge including proficiency in Word and Excel.
