Caretaker Couple Position-Housekeeper and Handyman needed - Bolinas, CA

Looking for a wonderful and positive Caretaker couple team for a lovely rural property in Bolinas CA.  (We are 30 min from town and right next to the Pacific Ocean). Ideal candidate team will consist of one "indoor person" to do all the housecleaning, laundry, pet care, light cooking on rare occasion, help with parties, stock fridges and anything else needed for the inside of the home.  The second position is for a handyman/maintenance man, also if you have gardening experience that would be helpful on occasion but we do have fulltime gardeners.  Skills with plumbing, electrical, mechanical (tractor & truck), golf green care, fence repair etc. would be of great help.

We are still trying to find out if housing is apart of the package, which it might be but what we can offer for certain is an hourly wage for each person, health, dental, PTO, paid holidays and 401K.  This is a fulltime, 40 hr. a week position for both candidates and is not a "part-time position" or for a retired couple.
