We are looking for a self storage resident management team couple for immediate hire to run a stabilized, four story, 980 unit self storage facility in the Meyerland / Bellaire area in Houston, TX. Starting Salary is 55k +Bonus. 

This is a first class, state-of-the-art facility with 904 climate controlled and 76 non-climate controlled storage units. All units are individually alarmed and use cylinder locks. This facility also features video surveillance, light sensors, music in hallways and keypad entry to gate and to each floor. The office was designed by an interior designer. Previous storage experience is a plus but not mandatory. No truck rentals.

There is a beautiful large 1,320 sq. ft., 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor with a covered carport. All utilities paid.
