Caretaker / Property Manager
Full time
General Overview:
It is the primary function of the Caretaker / Property Manager to ensure that Guests and Team Members have a safe and functional environment by maintaining the buildings and grounds.
Skills & Experience Needed:
· Strong communication and organizational skills.
· Strong critical thinking, decision making, and problem solving skills.
· Experience in running heavy equipment and/or farm equipment.
· Must have a valid driver’s license.
· Experience in basic home repairs and maintenance.
· Experience in basic landscaping and/or gardening.
· Ability to work closely with team members.
Housekeeping Manager
Part time / Full time
General Overview:
It is the primary function of the Housekeeping Manager to ensure that Guests and Team Members have a safe, clean and comfortable environment by overseeing all housekeeping responsibilities to the standards set forth by Assistant General Manager.
Skills & Experience Needed:
· Strong communication and organizational skills.
· Strong critical thinking, decision making, and problem solving skills.
· Professional housekeeping experience.
· Knowledge of safe and proper use of various cleaning products.
· Supervisory Experience.
Positions include an on-site family residence as a part of compensation. Salary is dependent upon level of expertise and experience.
