Caretaker Couple - Chagrin Falls area, OH

Couple seeking a mature caretaker couple to care for their home.  Restrictions are no children, no pets, non-smokers and no street drugs.  References required.  Start date to be determined.  This is a permanent position.  The couple will be free to work off site on their days off for additional income.   Hours are flexible. 

This is a unique opportunity to serve as a caretaker for a small estate on a part time basis.  The residence provided is a spacious 1+ bedroom townhouse with a bathroom upstairs and a half bath downstairs with a utility room and a one car attached garage, located in a seclude area.  Utilities, (except phone) and Direct TV are included.  The townhouse is new wth all new stainless steel appliances and has magnificent forest and creek views.

The Homeowner is a retired contractor who can teach the candidates  how to perform the needed repairs which could include, but not limited to,  electrical, plumbing, heating, painting, repair carpentry and landscape maintinence.  The sucessful candidates will be a handiman willing to be hands on in performing the necessary duties..

The Lady will be responsible for assistng in housekeeping, weeding beds and patios and washing windows.
   Probable duties will be to deep clean one room (incudng windows) each week. 

Other duties, on the occasions that the homeowners are out of town, may include feeding and caring for cats and fish.
