Eco Lodge General Manager - Grand Lake, CO

A seasonal not-for-profit sustainability education lodge and retreat center is seeking an exceptional lodge General Manager. This position has historically been shared by a couple, and is also open to an individual. The General Manager oversees 8-12 seasonal employees and works to ensure smooth lodge operations. The ideal applicant will have experience in hospitality, sustainability, managing people, enjoy being in the mountains, and enjoy managing a generally youthful staff.

The position offers room, board, and a seasonal salary. Preference given to those interested in forming a relationship and staying on for more than one season. Seasonal committment is on-site mid-May to early October, with some off season responsibilities in spring, to be done remotely.
