FEATURED JOB OPENING: General Manager (Couple) - Ironton, MO

Mountain Lodging, Inc. seeks a General Manager for its property in Arcadia Valley, Missouri.

Great opportunity to live and work in the most beautiful valley in Missouri.  Couple or person must have the desire for providing excellent guest hospitality. This position requires dedication and motivation to create a wonderful experience for our guests including assisting them with planning their visit to area tourism sites.  Person(s) must present a professional personal appearance to guests. 

The ideal applicants will have outstanding people skills, be self motivated, have sound judgment, and have a basic working knowledge of computers.  A maintenance position can also be included for a qualified couple.

Position requires customer service, taking reservations, and renting guest rooms.  The manager is the main person dealing with customers.  There is a housekeeping staff that you direct and supervise.  There is a maintenance staff that is available to you for maintenance issues.  We are looking for someone who can live onsite.  We are asking for a couple in the position.  The position doesn't actually require two people, but it just makes it easier when you have a couple in the position.  We are not actually looking for more maintenance staff, but if that will make the job more beneficial for you, we can discuss your qualifications and go from there.
